Max Fuchs has practiced law since 2007. He has extensive immigration law experience, with a particular focus on business immigration and visas requiring extraordinary or exceptional ability — including EB-1, O-1, and National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions.
He holds a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law and a B.A. from Boston University.
Max was born in Odessa, Ukraine (still USSR at the time) and came to the United States as a refugee with his parents and older brother in 1991. That experience — arriving in a new country with his family, starting over, building a life from nothing — gives him a perspective on immigration that goes beyond the law. He understands the human side because he lived it.
Max is fully fluent in Russian.
