Khamroz Boev is originally from Tajikistan and brings a personal understanding of the immigration process to every case he handles. He earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in December 2024 and is licensed to practice law in California.
Before law school, Khamroz earned a Master's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Russian-Tajik Slavonic University (RTSU), giving him a broad perspective on global affairs and cross-border legal issues.
During law school, Khamroz served as Parliamentarian of the Student Bar Association, where he drafted and interpreted bylaws, advised the executive board on governance procedures, and supported student advocacy initiatives. He also served as a Legal Assistant for Contract Law, helping with course planning, legal research, and case brief preparation.
Khamroz completed an externship at The Pendergast Law Firm in San Diego, where he conducted legal research, drafted legal memos, and assisted with trial preparation and client communication. He also clerked at Bankers Hill Law Firm, preparing U.S. immigration petitions and applications including I-130, I-485, I-601A, and DS-260 filings.
Prior to pursuing law, Khamroz spent nearly a decade as Legal and Compliance Director at FastEx Transport LLC in Denver, managing contracts, employment agreements, vendor negotiations, DOT compliance, and legal correspondence with government agencies.
